Keio New Line platforms only
This stop is served by Keio New Line (京王新線) trains. At Shinjuku they leave from platform 4 on B5F — the island shared with the Toei Shinjuku Line — not from the Keio Line platforms 1–3.
Keio’s own station map says it plainly: trains departing Shinjuku platforms 1–3 do not stop at Hatsudai or Hatagaya.
The two platform groups connect inside the fare gates, by the stairs at the Keio-Hachioji end of platform 3.

Not here yet
Which car to board still isn't here — it exists as posters on the platform and in no open dataset at all. Live service status covers the four Toei lines only, on their line pages: Tokyo Metro's feed is open data, but its terms don't allow passing it on the way this site delivers live information.
